Ingredients
• 150 g firm tofu, diced
• 1 cup broccoli
• ½ red pepper
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp grated ginger
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• ½ tbsp olive oil

Steps
1. Fry the tofu in olive oil until golden.
2. Add the vegetables and cook for 4–5 minutes.
3. Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger.
4. Serve warm.
